Ishizawa White Wash Review January 25, 2011

Filed under: Ishizawa — Hope In A Blog @ 11:51 pm

Ishizawa White Wash is a facial cleanser that does not need you to create lather because it is already made in a whipped cream like fluffy foam from the beginning.

This facial cleanser ‘s lather is very rich and thick that it can gently but thoroughly cleanse your face with lather’s cushion. It can remove dead skin cells that contain melanin. It leaves skin brightened, luminous and translucent.

It contains hyaluronic acid, collagen, honey and royal jelly extract to moisturize skin. With carbonic acid, It can also improve blood circulation while cleansing your face.

1. Wash your hands before you cleanse your face to eliminate all traces of bacteria and dirt. Remove all the make-up.

2. Take out about one palms amount of facial cleanser and apply to face.

3. Smooth out to your face and cleanse from the neck up to the hairline in a circular motion.

4. Wash thoroughly with water/lukewarm water.

Those of you who have this, try our method. We like to apply the foam directly on our face. Try it : it’s fun. Leave the lather on your face for a few minutes. You’ll feel a little ‘ticklish’ feeling due to the bubbles, and we kind of love that feeling ( like the BRTC Refining Bubble Cleanser feels ) . After a few minutes, smooth out the lather onto your face

Product doesn’t come in a box. Comes in a metal bottle 150g.

Love, love , love the texture of this product. Once pressed, it’s like whipped cream. Cleansing has never been so fun. Not to mention, the lather is rich in texture and not fluffy like whip cream. It’s verrry smooth, thick, almost like marshmallows Open-mouthed smile

After a while it becomes like this :

Make sure to press the lather onto your hands or else you’ll get this :

The ingredient list is in English so i can’t say much about it.

It contains hyaluronic acid, collagen, honey and royal jelly extract to moisturize skin. With carbonic acid, It can also improve blood circulation while cleansing your face.

1. Royal Jelly Extract

Royal Jelly is often known as Bee Queen’s milk . Royal Jelly is the concentrated super food responsible for turning an ordinary worker been into a queen  bee . 50% larger than worker bees , she lives 4-5 years, compared to other bees that only live through one seasons . Royal jelly contains vitamins A, C, D , and E as well as nine B-complex vitamins . It also contains 22 amino acids and many minerals .

The main ingredient lyophilized royal jelly is protein . About 40% of the dried material 2/3 of the protein is albumin , and  the 1/3 is globulin , lyophized royal jelly contains many kinds of essential amino acids with various action .

2. Carbonic Acid

Carbonic acid is a weak acid that is created when carbon dioxide (CO2) is dissolved in water (H2O), resulting in the chemical formula H2CO3. When the acid dissociates, or gives up a hydrogen ion, the resulting molecule is called a bicarbonate ion. Carbonic acid appears frequently in the natural world. It can be found in sodas, champagne, and blood. The acid even appears in rain.

Carbon dioxide therapy for medical purposes has been advanced in Europe for more than 70 years. In recent years, the skin care effect of carbon dioxide is in spotlight because of its quick acting benefits such as reduction of the wrinkles and improvement of firmness.

Carbon dioxide penetrates into skin very easily and when it gets into blood vessel, carbon dioxide pulls out the oxygen to the skin cell.

Carbon dioxide also promotes blood circulation by expanding the vessel.

More oxygen & more blood circulation accelerate the skin metabolism and leave skin visibly refined.

The Carbonic Acid here refers to baking Soda ( the carbon dioxide in the soda forms carbonic acid ) which has been used widely in cleansers. Baking soda can be used as an exfoliating scrub, an anti-irritant, a natural antiseptic and even as the crystals in microdermabrasion.

Since 1846, baking soda has been a timeless household staple trusted by millions. Not only is it affordable, it is also a versatile product with no harsh chemicals. In fact, baking soda is widely known as an economical and environmentally safe product.

One sentence to describe this : Cleansing has never been this fun !

It’s almost like a food fight, where everyone is throwing slabs of Whip Cream to your face. We love it ! The foam does smell of Honey and Soda. Doesn’t smell bad but don’t love it either.

The Cleanser does a good job cleansing – and true enough – after cleaning, it really does brighten your face up. Our advice is to leave it on your skin for a few minutes before you rub it around your face.

Since it contains honey, hyaluronic acid, and Royal Jelly Extracts – the face doesn’t feel dry and tight after cleaning but comfortable and nice.

Recommended? Yes ! At least once. We bought this because it was on promotion on, so if you catch a good deal on this cleanser – grab it!

It is quite expensive when it isn’t on promotion – around 22USD for 150g. The bottle can last you probably for a good 2 months, but i doubt so in our case since everyone in having fun with the lather here. At the rate we’re going, it’s gonna finish in 3 weeks!

Sometimes we even use it as a mask and leave it on for about 5 minutes before washing it off. Love that ticklish feeling when the bubbles are popping on the face. To use it as a mask, press the lather directly onto your face and move it around your face.

Look, i’m not joking when i said we’re having fun with it :

Your face is suppose to look like this once you’ve washed it off :
