Scheduled for a January 2011 release, the Innisfree Eco Science Wrinkle Spot Essence (25ml ) features marine plants from the Jeju Ocean.

So what’s the scoop about this anti-wrinkle cream?


Enriched with natural anti-aging ingredients from marine plants and botanical extracts from the Jeju Ocean, this spot essence regenerates the skin and provides nutrients for self protective skin.



Containing the natural seaweed called Sargassum. Numerous species are distributed throughout the temperate and tropical oceans of the world, where they generally inhabit shallow water and coral reefs. Sargassum seaweed, or Hai zao, has been used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) since at least the eighth century A. D. In TCM it is characterized as having a cold nature and a salty, bitter taste. The primary use of sargassum seaweed is to treat goiters. It helps stimulate metabolism in skin cells, due to its high content of sea weed, mineral salts, and macro- and micro-elements. Sargassum contains 40 kinds of minerals to help develop the skin’s self-defense. It Vitalizes dry and aging skin and Provides a wonderful nourishing effect. Sargassum is also a strong anti-oxidant, four times stronger than green tea extract to increase collagen synthesis.
